Andriy Shchekun: “The Government of Ukraine is already implementing a sabotage policy on the issue of the occupation of the Crimea …”

At a time when the public is focused on actively combating the aggressor, the destruction of the central executive body of state power dealing with temporarily occupied Crimea is practically destroyed in our eyes. No one paid attention to the fact that the Crimean Administration and the city of Sevastopol, MinTOT and IDPs have already been virtually liquidated. And in the new structure of the Ministry of Veterans Affairs, it is unknown to anyone whether the temporarily occupied Crimea peninsula is being envisaged in the structure of the newly formed institution.

Analyzing the website of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, where the Government’s Program is hosted, in general, the issue of Crimean occupation is not a priority of state policy. Let us be frank to the Crimeans living in the temporarily occupied territory – this issue is not at all in the Government Program. Not a word, no context, no answer …

Think of what is reflected in Section 5.3 of the Government Program, to quote: “Objective 5.3. Internally displaced persons and residents of the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts and Autonomous Republic of Crimea reintegrated into the modern Ukrainian space.”

Program of activities of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

Leadership

Minister Kolyada Oksana

Minister Kolyada Oksana

Goals

1. War veterans returned to a full-fledged peaceful life and became an asset to society, not its problem
2. Veterans and their families as well as the families of the victims feel respectful in society
3. Internally displaced persons and residents of the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, reintegrated into the modern Ukrainian space

It is obvious that the Government Program no longer has a temporarily occupied city of Sevastopol – it has simply disappeared. Also in the Government Program, the Crimean issue is solely in the context of solving IDPs’ problems. Point.

As a conclusion, in my opinion, for the heads of the central authorities – this issue is undergoing significant changes and becomes exclusively visual for the polemics in society, but not a strategic issue of the state policy of Ukraine.

Similar to the newly elected “people’s power” the content of their political component does not imply the issue of the occupation of Crimea …

And that is unfortunate, but it is necessary to envisage the complete destruction of the Ministry of Temporarily Occupied Territories … – God forbid I am wrong – but it is a matter of structuring the new structure of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine …

I will remind that in 2014 and 2015 the Public Union “Coordinating Council of Forced Migrants from Crimea” held I and II All-Ukrainian congresses of forced migrants of Crimea, at which they raised the question of the need to create a Ministry of Occupied Crimea as a political component … More a number of documents were approved, which were approved by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Resolution “On Recommendations of Parliamentary Hearings on the topic:” Reintegration Strategy into the Temporarily Occupied Territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the City of Sevastopol ideas, ways, methods and methods “of September 22, 2016 № 1602-VIII.

Can we begin with this issue an audit of the fulfillment of the tasks of the central state authorities on the issues of occupation and reintegration of Crimea? I think the time has come to make the results together.

Without embellishment, the Government of Ukraine is already implementing a sabotage policy on the issue of the occupation of the Crimea …

Let’s analyze together!
