Crimeans picketed the Russian Embassy through a stolen homeland

The 24th anniversary of the creation of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea forced displaced people from the peninsula to picket near the Russian Embassy in Kiev.
Crimeans say that it is because of Russia’s armed occupation, and later annexation, that they are now deprived of their homeland.
The vast majority of picketers today are Ukrainian activists who cannot and do not want to live in the so-called “Russian” Crimea.
These are activists, journalists, cultural figures and just ordinary Crimeans who, after occupying the peninsula, did not agree to change their citizenship.
